Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) will assist in increasing your psychological flexibility through the use of acceptance and mindfulness strategies as it is paired together with commitment and behavior change strategies.

Individual Therapy

Together we will work one-on-one in a safe, caring, and confidential environment to explore feelings, beliefs, behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work towards desired change.
