Those that know me—know that I am a HUGE believer in the power of thoughts. How quickly our thoughts manifest is depended upon if we are in the same vibrational frequency with those thoughts. Most of the time, my close family and friends chuckle at me when I rant and rave about watching what they say and intend (when negative or positive) because of believing they will come true if they keep thinking and saying those things. You see—the more we are in alignment with our thoughts—whether negative or positive—the more we as Beings begin to align with their vibrational frequency. Then you add the fact that each day the veil between the dimensions thins and you have immediate manifestation of your thought. Just to give you an example of how quickly our thoughts are manifesting now…
The other day I was making my breakfast before work (English muffin with peanut butter and banana slices). As I was putting the two muffins in the container I thought, “Oh no, if I drop the container the peanut butter and bananas will get all over the lid to the container and then there won’t be any on the muffins… Whelp wouldn’t you know it… I MANIFESTED IT!!! Within 5 minutes, I dropped them on my way out the door to my car. I purposely placed them in my hands instead of my large workbag because I believed that the peanut butter and bananas were going to slide off the muffins. As I turn to open the door, the container flies out of my hands, flips over in the air and falls directly on the lid of the container. Peanut butter and bananas all over the container with only a small amount left on my English muffins. Ughhh…
Any who… my point is just like that I manifested the thoughts I was thinking. Now does this happen with everything I think or say? No, not necessarily. Because remember the vibrational frequency of that thought needs to be in vibration with your own essence or Being. The more you think it or say it, the more you begin to align with that vibrational frequency. So with that being said, be more mindful with your thoughts and what you say. Watch for what you are manifesting in your daily routine and note whether it’s something you like or don’t like. If it’s something you like, keep those thoughts coming! But if it’s something you don’t like, try to rephrase your thought into something you would rather manifest. Remember YOU HOLD THE POWER.
